Thank you for shopping with Y & J Fashion and Beauty Store. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and the steps for requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
- RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date or pickup date
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact
Items must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
Beauty and personal care products that have been opened or used (including but not limited to lotions, soaps, hair products, styling products, and cosmetics)
Hair extensions, wigs, and hair care products that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
Fragrances and colognes that have been opened or used
Underwear, swimwear, and similar intimate apparel
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase
Wholesale orders, unless the entire case/box arrives defective or damaged
- DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and any damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
- HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return or exchange:
Contact us via WhatsApp at 317-401-1460 or email info@yandjfashionandbeautystore.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending any item back
Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
For local pickup orders, returns must be brought to our store location at 575 E Hanna Ave, Suite 110, Indianapolis, IN 46227, during business hours.
- REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
- EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to confirm availability. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility requirements as returns (Section 1) and must be requested within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
- WHOLESALE ORDERS
Wholesale items (sold by box, case, or bulk unit) are not eligible for return or refund unless the entire unit arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description. Please inspect wholesale orders promptly upon receipt or pickup and report any issues within 48 hours.
- MONEY TRANSFER SERVICES
Money transfer transactions (including CAM Transfer, Unitransfer, Natcash, Mon Cash, and phone minute transfers) are final once submitted and cannot be refunded or reversed through Y & J Fashion and Beauty Store. Any disputes regarding these transactions must be directed to the relevant third-party service provider.
- LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund within the timeframe noted above, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@yandjfashionandbeautystore.com.
